The vessel is covered while sailing within the navigation limits specified in the boat's navigation license or the yacht registration form.

What are the policy limitations?

The vessel is covered by the Insurance provided that it is entered in the appropriate register, that it has a valid Certificate of Seaworthiness and that it is operated by a person who has the prescribed authorization to operate the vessel.
