The obligations of the Insured are to pay the premium in the dynamics and amounts indicated by the policy, to notify the Insurer of the damage within 3 days from the time the Insured learned about it. The Insured should report any damage to the vessel to the nearest Harbor Master's Office.
The vessel is covered while sailing within the navigation limits specified in the boat's navigation license or the yacht registration form.
The vessel is covered by the Insurance provided that it is entered in the appropriate register, that it has a valid Certificate of Seaworthiness and that it is operated by a person who has the prescribed authorization to operate the vessel.
