Roadside assistance is an integral part of the insurance policy My Car.
It is applied to personal vehicles, trucks up to 3.5 t NDM and mopeds and motorcycles regardless of the age of the vehicle.

Roadside assistance is available in the Member States of the European Union, including Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, Serbia, Macedonia, Andorra, Liechtenstein, Monaco, Norway, San Marino, Switzerland, the Vatican and the European part of Turkey and the Greek part of Cyprus.

Home assistance

In case of need for emergency intervention in the household, the insurer organizes the arrival of the necessary master (plumber, locksmith, glazier or electrician) and covers the costs of necessary repairs in accordance with the Insurance Conditions.
