You can register using:
- your email address, or
- the mobile number you used when purchasing your policy.
If further verification is required, we will request your OIB (Personal Identification Number).
If your details have not been previously verified, we will ask you to complete a quick verification via:
- SMS, or
- email.
If you already use the My Allianz Customer Portal, you can sign in to the app using your existing username (email address) and password.
For security reasons, your identity must be verified through two-factor authentication during your first login.
After successfully signing in for the first time, you can choose how you would like to log in in the future:
🔒 Biometric authentication (fingerprint or Face ID)
or
🔢 PIN
You can change your preferred login method at any time in the app settings.
If you have the previous version of the app installed, simply update it to the latest version through your device’s app store.
- Android: Open the Google Play Store, find m-Allianz, and tap Update.
- iPhone: Open the App Store, find m-Allianz, and tap Update.
To sign in to the new version of the app, use the email address associated with your My Allianz customer portal account.
If you have forgotten your email address or password, select “Forgot Password” on the login screen and follow the instructions provided.
